Today we went into DOC's and viewed our baby's medical record which was done when she was 4 months old. We also saw her photos. She is a little cutie and has a sparkle in her eye. She has rosey red cheeks and her skin appears pale which is unusual. She is wided eyed maybe because of the camera flash. We took her medical to our local doctor and he assured us she was a healthy little bundle. We met up with 2 couples who are also in our batch (there are 6 couples altogether travelling together to China) and we all had fun showing each other our photos. There were lots of tears of joy. We were all exchausted and emotionally drained and headed home for quiet night. After seeing our baby's photo we decided to call her Mia and keep her Chinese name too i.e. Mia Xiaofie (sh-eow - like a cat's meow with a sh instead of the m).
I keep looking at her and can't wait to meet her. Looks like we will be in China in about 6 week's time.
